The academy was looking to tender all of their schools across Kent and Portsmouth in 2019.
In 2018 5 the Kent schools asked us to take over their contract cleaning because they were so dissatisfied with their current provider they weren’t willing
to wait until the 2019 tender.
We transferred approximately 35 staff across to ourselves, gave each school a free deep clean and significantly raised the standard ready for their transition in 2019.
At the time we weren’t able to provide the services in Portsmouth but we wanted to assist the schools until 2019.
We worked in partnership with their leadership team to raise the standards. All staff were retrained and sites were audited in line with KPI’s that were set.
We still have regular contact with this client for work and will look to tender for the whole trust in 2022 due to our growth now being able to support this.
